I'm Rhi, The ND OT and if you're Au/DHD (or think you might be) then I could be Your ND OT. 

I provide online Occupational Therapy for Neurodivergent (ND) adults (like me!) to help with the extra challenges that running a home, working, and raising children brings to ADHDers and AuDHDders.​

ADHD Coaching and Therapy has helped me a lot in managing my own journey as a late-diagnosed ND parent.

I finally discovered that I have aaaalllll the ADHD (but only noticed the wheels falling off when I had kids).

I am an experienced Occupational Therapist and I see the unique beauty of pairing the skills of OT with an ADHD Coach mindset.
I love that I get to work with adult Au/DHDers to help us understand ourselves and our challenges so we can learn to tackle them successfully.

I am neurodivergent and part of the colourful LGBTQIA+ family (neuro queer);
​I'm in a same sex marriage and parenting two young chaos gremlins whilst living 11,000km away from my birthplace 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿.

There are a lot of us out here trying hard to make life work the way we see around us. We just don't know what we don't know. We often believe we're failing at adulting, or worse failing at parenting - without ever understanding how much harder it is for us in the first place.
That stops now!
